please do yourselves a favour and never order from this company, ordered a printer and received an automated email 2 days later stating it had been dispatched, a week later it hadnt arrived so emailed the company to ask where it was, 3 emails later and still no reply, had to open a paypal dispute to try to get my money back.

Very annoyed to have to pay £4 postage on a £145 order, I didn't realise until too late that you had to put in a code, ok partly my fault but well done Rymans you caught me out !! why why why can you not give free shipping automatically over a certain amount like every other company does , £ 4 isn't a huge amount but it is still annoying and made me an unhappy customer.

Ordered 9 Gibson jigsaws which arrived very promptly, well packaged and all in perfect condition. Free postage was a bonus. will order again, highly recommended.

We bought a leather office chair with heat and massage functions. We ordered it for a joint present and it said it would arrive by the 27th April. It in fact came much quicker and arrived within 2 days. It had said we would get an email telling us it was dispatched but that didn't happen. Luckily, someone was in when it arrived and we were able to hide the box before my husband came home.The chair was quite easy to put together and my husband is very pleased with it. It looks good quality and does everything it says it does.

Bought a Canon printer on-line from Ryman, there are no retail shops near me. Very good price compared with other sellers, I drove to Chichester to collect the printer when told it had arrived at the shop, sales staff were helpful and friendly. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent, I will look to Ryman for my office needs in the future.

Appalling after service, the order was I believe sent out but was signed for by a bogus person, M.Jak a polish DJ who does not work for our company, thanks FedEx.I have spent hours on hold trying to get a resolve - nothing!!! This issue I believe is between Ryman and FedEx.Still no order and no follow up communication.Save your money and order elsewhere.

Rubbish service. Ordered a desk in white and one in black turned up. Spent 3 days trying to get hold off someone by phone(press 5 they call back NEVER) chatbot useless as it doesn’t acknowledge my issue, email no response after 5 days and phone again multiple times had to wait 55 minutes to be told email a photo of the wrong order. Still no contact. Hideous service when you e £120

What a totally incompetent company. Delivered the wrong item and will not refund for undelivered cancelled item until wrong item collected. Have booked a collection twice and it still hasn’t been collected after three weeks - so therefore no refund. Customer service email is completely useless and they will not answer the phone. Don’t use this company!
